About Your Instructor

I'm a certified ERYT-500 with 16+ years of experience helping

students of all levels discover the transformative power of yoga.

I believe yoga isn't about being flexible or fitting into a specific

body type but it's about showing up for yourself, honoring your body,

and creating a practice that feels good to YOU.

My Tuesday evening classes blend mindful movement, breathing techniques, and guided meditation to help you leave behind the stress of the day and step into your best self.

When we work together Yoga means union
